Funny Bonez
Nope, I'm not frolicking about in the petrified remains of a mastodon.....
Despite the fact that we already live about as primitvely as civilized folk can get and still be fit for polite company.... Paul's been wanting a little "camp" spot out on the edge of the ravine on the game trail. I've kinda ignored him for a long time. :-) Then i was browsing in the candy store (Lowe's to be more specific) when I happened upon a whole rack of 1/2" by 10 foot pvc pipe for 35 CENTS a piece!!! I had to go get a customer service guy (and where Lowe's is concerned, the term is used very loosely) to confirm that I was reading the tag right.... and yup, discontinued pipe, close out... How could I possibly resist. So anyway... now Pauly is getting his camp.... I had no clue what i was doing and the plans I looked at on line either were too involved, used fittings I couldn't get, used the wrong kind of pipe or just had materials listed with no "how-to".... So, I'm winging it but it's all working out just fine. We ran out of day so I'll finish it up tomorrow and show more pix.

I pre cut all the pipe before hauling it to the woods...

Hey... it's actually coming together and working out!!!

It's really looking like something! This is cool... I could build these things all over the property if I could get my hands on more cheapo PVC!
